Machine has the purpose to evacuate the acid present in the accumulator after the cycle of formation. It is able to work the following type of batteries.
Dumping unit must empty the batteries that arrive from formation tanks. Machine has a frame made of stainless steel (AISI 316) tubulars that supports a tank for acid recovery. The frame also supports a beam that is composed by two rails where the batteries run. A conveyor, placed before the dumping unit, feeds the batteries, one at the time, to beam that executes a continuous rotation from 0° to 180°, so the batteries are overturned and in this way emptied. The batteries, while the beam rotates, proceed their running along the beam and, when they arrive at the end of rails, they are unloaded on a conveyor that guides the batteries to next machine. Advancing bar goes down till up the teeth can push the batteries forward. Ascent / descent of advancing bar is obtained by pneumatic cylinder. The bar, when is advanced for a established measure, goes up and returns in the initial position. Every time the bar goes up and returns in the initial position, the beam executes a rotation from 0° to 180°.
