Mainframe made stainless steel AISI 316L, equipped with adjustable foots, safety panels and doors – all equipped with safety devices in according to CE standards. Frame contains two machines.
Pole cleaning head has two pole cleaning groups. The head is equipped with cylinders for up/down, handle for rotation of head to right position, handwheels for regulation of position of head along Y axle and for adjustment of wheelbase between two pole cleaning groups. Pole cleaning device is made of aluminium and inside it has the ribbon with bristles made of stainless steel for cleaning of pole.
Dielectric head has cylinders for up/down of head and for opening/closing of blades around the batteries. Dielectric head has four blades that are approached to sides of battery during dielectric test that verifies if there are any micro-holes in the thermo-welding between the lid and the box and on the bottom of battery. The dielectric tester applies a current of 10.000 V on the pole of battery and, after approaching of blades, it verifies if there are passage of current in the blades and in the stainless steel conveyor. In the case there is passage of current, the battery is discarded
