Machine has three units: trimming unit for external trimming of box near the heat sealing between lid and vessel; leakage control unit for control of eventual losses between lid and vesse; marking unit (hot marking or dot marking) for printing of code chosen by manufacturer on conforming vessel. Generally machine is able to work the elements type DIN from /2 to /12 (height from 215 mm to 730 mm) and BRITISH from /2 to /12 (height from 215 mm to 730 mm).
Mainframe made of carbon steel painted, equipped with adjustable foots, safety panels and doors – all equipped with safety devices in according to CE standards. Mainframe contains all three units.
Trimming unit has a milling attached on mobile arm that follows the external profile of elements for elimination of scraps. Cylinder for centring of element. Rotative table where the element is placed during the trimming by step advancing system. Scraps suction hood.
Leakage control unit has a spout for air filling during leakage test. Valve and pressure transducer for detection of pressures during the test. Pneumatic cylinder for up/down of spout.
Marking unit has apposite marking device (hot marking or dot marking) by AUTOMATOR.
Motorized roller for transport of elements composed by rolls and frame made of carbon steel. Automatic adjustable guides. Stoppers placed in correspondence of every unit for synchronization of elements.
Electrical cabinet with PLC Siemens S7-300, operator interface panel, push-button panel for manual commands.
